Llandudno, a small town in Wales had new friends move in for a couple of days. Great Orme goats have been taking advantage of the empty streets because of the novel coronavirus lockdown.

A population of 120 goats – descendants of Kashmiri mountain goats – normally live in nearby Great Orme Country Park. They’ve been enjoying some quality greens in several gardens and a few hedges in Trinity Square area of the town.

This isn’t the first time they’ve run amok. Recently, they had munched away at newly planted plants when playing in a primary school, Ysgol San Sior.

The head teacher, Ian Jones labelled them as “vandals”. The police had shepherded them away from town. The goats were observed back in town the next day.
